Q: Where can I buy new hardware?

Q: I'm not tech-savvy, do I need to do the setup by myself?
As long as you have a working internet connection, the technical staff can remotely install your POS and make sure your restaurant is ready to go.

Q: Our menu changed! Do I need to call to update my POS?
The POS BackOffice is completely under your control - you can change your menu, prices and much more. Our support is completely free, you can call us anytime for assistance.
